🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility for Returns/Exchange

Pickup & Shipping

Free reverse pickup for orders above ₹2500 or size-related exchanges within India.

For other cases, the customer may bear return logistics charges.

Inspection

All returns go through a mandatory quality check. Items that do not meet return conditions may be shipped back to the customer as-is.

All Tusk products are handcrafted from top-grade natural materials like English willow, leather, high-density foam, and reinforced cane. The nature of cricket — unpredictable impact, varying conditions, and intense usage — means that occasional wear is natural.
Our replacement guidelines ensure fair evaluation:
🏏 Cricket Bats
Tusk bats are crafted for high performance but cannot be guaranteed 100% damage-proof due to the natural behaviour of willow.
Please note:

Minor surface cracks, edge marks, or shoulder lines are normal and not manufacturing defects.

Do not use bats with machine balls, synthetic balls, or in wet/damp conditions.

Knocking-in is essential. Hand-knocking is preferred; machine knocking can cause micro-cracks.

Toe guards, edge tape, and face protection enhance bat life.
-
Yorker impacts, cheap hard balls, or misuse can significantly reduce lifespan.
We will assist wherever possible, but replacements are limited to genuine manufacturing issues determined after inspection.

Stitch splits or structural issues within the first few uses may qualify for replacement after inspection.

Wear & tear from diving, sliding, sweat damage, heavy usage, or direct impact is not covered.

Dry gear in shade only; avoid sunlight or packing damp items to prevent mould.

Recently purchased shoes showing upper tears, sole separation, or spike issues (without misuse) may qualify for replacement.

Normal wear, overuse, or damage from inappropriate surfaces is not covered.

Even if shoes look fine, consistent impact over months reduces cushioning — consider replacing for safety and performance.

Any helmet that has taken a strong blow should be replaced immediately, visible crack or not.

Issues like broken grill, torn padding, or strap damage will be repaired or considered for replacement depending on usage conditions.

New apparel with tears, stitching issues, button failure, or colour bleeding qualifies for replacement/refund.

Bags with defective straps, wheels, zippers, or handles may be repaired or replaced depending on usage and condition.

Cricket balls naturally undergo heavy wear during play. Shape change, scuffs, and wear marks are expected with normal use.
