Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
At Tusk Sports, we are committed to delivering premium cricket gear, apparel and accessories crafted for performance and trusted by players nationwide. While we do not offer returns, we ensure a transparent and hassle-free exchange and replacement process under specific conditions.
How to Raise an Exchange Request
Click “Raise an Exchange Request” in the website footer
Upload the required images, invoice and mandatory 360° unboxing video
Our support team will respond within 1-2 working days.
If approved, hand over the product to the pickup agent or self-ship as instructed
After inspection, your exchange will be processed and shipped
By placing an order on the Tusk Sports website, you agree to the following policy:
1. Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns. Exchanges or replacements are allowed only when the following conditions are met.
Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange only if:
Incorrect item received
Damaged or defective product (requires mandatory 360° unboxing video)
Verified manufacturing defect
Size issue (only for unused, unwashed items)
Exchange Conditions
Exchange request must be raised within 5 calendar days of delivery
Product must be unused, unwashed, with original packaging, tags and invoice
All exchanges are subject to Tusk’s internal quality assessment
If reverse pickup is unavailable, customer must self-courier the product to the address provided by Tusk
Unauthorized or unapproved shipments will not be accepted
Only one exchange per order is allowed
Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again
An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange claims
Items must not be placed on dusty surfaces or floors
Non-Exchangeable Items
Exchanges will not be accepted for:
Innerwear (e.g., abdominal guards, sports bras)
Used, washed, altered or damaged products
Products without original packaging or tag
Items submitted without correct documentation or unboxing video
If the exchange request is declined due to insufficient details, it cannot be re-submitted.
Sale Period Policy
Orders placed during Black Friday or End of Season Sales (EOSS) follow special conditions:
No returns or exchanges except size exchange for apparel and footwear
Exchange only if the required size is available in stock
No exchanges for any other reason during sale periods
2. High-Value Product Exchange (₹15,000 & Above)
High-value products are eligible for exchange only if:
A 360° unboxing video is compulsory for all high-value exchange requests.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect you against transit damage and ensure authenticity:
Record a 360-degree unboxing video while opening the sealed package
Video must clearly show the package condition and the full product
Submit within 18 hours of delivery
Claims without the video will not be accepted
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
If cancelled after shipping, a one-way courier charge will be deducted
